This garage conversion and extension to form a self-contained Annex is well underway in the Conservation village of Bulcote.
SF Building Solutions are making excellent progress on site. The garage door has been partially bricked up to form a new window opening. The external walls of the extension are going up fast, complete with stone cills. Internal works have commenced, with the lifting of the existing ceiling joists to improve head height.
Next steps: install the insulated floor. And, following arrival of all steels on site, form the new steel frame which will support the full-height gable end glazing.
We can’t wait to attend site again in a couple of weeks time to see how the guys are getting on.
