We were approached by the owners of this large bungalow in the village of Burton Joyce to design a loft conversion with long dormer windows and a double height entrance lobby.
Full height glazing floods natural light into the new lobby. At first floor, four double bedrooms have been created which each benefit from long dormers on the front and back of the house.
An extensive concept design process was worked through with the client on this project. Walker Design are happy to consider a multitude of options, which are showcased to the client in 3D at design review meetings.
