Renovation of existing village School House.
This project involved a renovation of a former school house, carefully preserving the character of the original building while introducing contemporary living spaces.
The existing brick and slate shell was retained and enhanced, with new openings formed to accommodate full-height glazing and black metal-framed doors.
Externally, the weathered red brickwork and natural slate roof celebrate the building’s historic character, complemented by a new timber decking area that extends the living space outdoors.
Internally, a beautifully crafted traditional-style kitchen has been installed to make perfect use of the space.
The result is a thoughtful transformation that respects the heritage of the original school house while providing bright, contemporary spaces for modern living.
