This large 1970s bungalow was in need of modernisation. Working closely with the client, WD produced a design which opened several rooms up to create an impressive open plan living space. Large sliding doors were specified which open out onto a new raised patio area and expansive garden beyond.
WD also designed a small extension which provided additional space to two bedrooms at the rear of the house. New anthracite grey windows were installed to freshen up the buildings existing facades.
All works were completed under Permitted Development rights. Drawings were submitted to the Council in order to attain a Lawful Development Certificate.v
